Training is done at our clients’ sites.  Hourly and management personnel have opportunities to hear from successful industry leaders.   Instruction is custom designed according to each company’s needs. It is dialog-based to achieve 100% participation, to develop critical thinking, and to ensure thorough understanding of a subject.  Each training session culminates with a cumulative exam to measure trainees’ topical knowledge and effectiveness.

Servimer has produced a Do’s and Don’ts of Valet Parking training video focused on customer service and risk management aspects of valet parking operations.

​

The valet video can be used as part of group instruction or can be made available online as an additional orientation for new parking attendants.
