I've been working with Servimer since its inception and have felt valued from that very first day. Management is dedicated to providing shoppers with respect and appreciation and providing our clients with the best of the best.
The questions on the reports are clearly laid out and specific making the required short commentaries easy compose. I have never had a pay issue but the few times I questioned a payment, I was responded to swiftly with understanding and a thorough reply. The platform is one that is used by other mystery shopping companies and I find it quite easy to navigate. Should you need assistance however, Management will guide you every step of the way with patience and praise. Shoppers and Clients alike are treated with high regard and considerable merit.

Servimer has just sent emails to their registered users due to major expansion of their territory.  I have been shopping with them since 2016.  They respond extremely fast and have a great support network.  Payment is always on time.  If you drive a vehicle, they are definitely worth checking out.

I have signed up on Gigspot about a month or so ago and have yet to take any jobs. Aside from a bewildering selection of requirements for each company, I have found that the concept of good customer service ends at the pitch to the client. I saw a position nearby to my home today from you and looked at it. I then followed a link to your website where I read the instructions. It was clear, well-writes and easy to understand. Others have left me with more questions, and led me on wild goose chases, to the point where I have been unwilling to take the job. I have encountered incorrect instructions, bad links, contradictory information, and even the feeling that some probably managed to avoid paying for half the work done. When I read your overall instructions, I heard an internal voice begin to cheerlead. I was happy to see that the things I notice in my everyday life, are the things that you and your clients are concerned about. And as a former business owner, they were the things I wanted to know, but often did not or could not see. Up until now, I have looked at the companies offering the jobs only to avoid a few. Now I will be looking at Servimer as one I would really like to work with.
