Servimer is pleased to announce a new partnership in pursuing operational excellence with the Miami Parking Authority. Nine of the largest MPA parking facilities are initially included in ongoing Servimer evaluations focused on customer service, aesthetics, and operational/revenue integrity.
As the MPA seeks to steward the public resources entrusted to their care, the new custom-designed program with Servimer will incorporate mystery shopping and ongoing data collection to maintain and improve optimal parking experiences for Miami residents and visitors.
